I mean 1495 in the above post, but I don't care if it was called a 1400. My feelings would be the same.

I am still trying to figure out what the uproar is about this stick? I found it to be average at best. I purchased about a year ago a box of 7 X 50 Churchill’s and I have about 5 left at this point, I gave away about 8 within the last year. It looks great, burns well but the taste is nothing that sets the world on fire. When it arrived in the rustic paper box, I knew the jig was up! There are hundreds of other cigars that will out shine this stick for a lot less $, and available in bundles at that.
One that comes to mind is the cigar5packs line of Superior Select - Brazilian Maduro (hope I can post this reference without breaking any rules). The Aurora 1445 just does not deliver the goods for me

[...] Last Tuesday I provided you with a short rundown of several new cigars that were being introduced. Despite Congress’ attempts to raise federal taxes on premium cigars by as much as 20,000 percent, the trade show, as expected, was a showcase of new stogies. Among the new releases were lines of Scarface cigars from Universal Studios, Playboy by Don Diego stogies that proudly display the iconic bunny logo, and El Tiante 23 Series cigars from former Red Sox pitcher Luis Tiant. Rocky Patel’s got a new stick called Decade, and Alec Bradley introduced a box-pressed Maxx called The Vice. La Aurora is also shaking up its 1495 Series by offering the 1945 robusto in your choice of five – count ‘em, five – different wrappers. [...]
