I bet that lady knew what she was going to do. I wouldn't be surprised if she did this on purpose so she can get some money. Now, have you ever heard of anyone go into a smoke shop and have to be admitted into the emergency room for migraines and chest pains. I know I haven't. Also, how much damn smoke can leak through a wall.Normally, cigar shops have ventilating systems, ah this story just pisses me off.

The story states that "Smoking is allowed in Old Havana because state labor code Section 6404.5 bans smoking in a business only if it has employees other than the owner." Doesn't the state also permit smoking in cigar shops? I know I enjoyed a cigar in a Studio City shop when I was out there a few months ago.
