		<description>Yeah Ohio now has a rather strict smoking ban. I&#039;ve seen a couple new bars open downtown that have HUGE outdoor areas now and those places are packed. Here in Cincinnati we can easily go across the river and those bars are getting flooded with smoking refugees. </description>
