Yeah Ohio now has a rather strict smoking ban. I've seen a couple new bars open downtown that have HUGE outdoor areas now and those places are packed. Here in Cincinnati we can easily go across the river and those bars are getting flooded with smoking refugees.

Well, cigars certainly smell better than smokeless English pubs, but I don't know about cigarettes.

Either way, I agree with you. It should be left to the private business owners to decide.
