[...] The Stogie Guys are a three man team that runs their blog a lot like a traditional publication. In addition to reviews you’ll find posts on news, events, interviews, and the general goings on of the cigar industry. I check their site almost daily. In a recent post they linked to a great video of Pepin Garcia and his Nicaragua Factory. You should check it out. It’s cool to see cigar making in action. A while back they reviewed what is probably my favorite of all the Tatuajes (if I had to pick a favorite which is hard to do). Patrick commented in his review that the appearance of this cigar reminded him of another special cigar he had the pleasure of trying once. Which Tatuaje did he review and what cigar did its appearance remind him of? Tatuaje Reserva SW - With its Churchill size and Cuban construction, this cigar’s oily appearance reminds Patrick of a Partagas Lusitania he had the pleasure of enjoying in Spain a few years ago.
Great video. Thanks for posting. Have a whole new appreciation for the Pepin brand, as well as all hand made premium cigars.

Matt-
That's correct (and I corrected it in the article). I've seen the Esteli factory referred to as Pepin's Nicuraguan El Rey de los Habanos Factory but the actual name is Tabacalera Cubana.

Great video. Thanks for finding it and sharing. I am a huge fan of his cigars. His smokes dominate my rotation right now. Just an aside, I think the Esteli factory is called Tabacalera Cubana. The Miami factory is El Rey de los Habanos. Not 100% sure but i think that's right.

Thanks for sharing that video- absolutely beautiful! This is truly an art form. After watching this I opened my humidor and took out a Don Pepin I had on hand and gazed over it admiring the attention to detail that went into making just one cigar. This is what sets cigars in that special place we hold them!

Looks like there's more than "dozens" involved in the process of making a single cigar. :) Probably more like hundreds.

Remember the other Patrick's commentary on globalization?
