I also got the 5 pack sampler from Cbid. I was really excited about trying these since they are very reasonably priced and i've read alot of good reviews. Although i was also a bit confused about the 5x50 listing for all 5, when a couple are supposed to be 5x54. Also the fact that none of them were wrapped in cedar.

Anyways the cigar didn't look so pretty, and keeping my expectations in check, i lit up the camaroon (my favorite wrapper) and was looking forward to atleast a decent smoke.... that didn't happen. It was gross. I got none of the flavors in this review, it tasted like raw sewage with MAYBE a sweet spice note in there if i really reached, and the construction was terrible.

Next up, the brazilian wrapper. Another favorite of mine. The same horrid taste as the camaroon, but instead of a sweet spice not hidden deeply in there, it was burnt coffee.

Maybe i got a couple bad sticks, 3 out of 5 can't be bad, let's try the vintage... Equally as gross, except there were no other flavors this time other than the raw sewage i've now become accustomed to.

I have the Fuerte and the Natural left, and i just went into my humidor took them out, put cellophane around them, and put them in the corner... because i dont even want them touching my other cigars, and this prevents any chance of the shitty-ness rubbing off on them.

Cigar bid is the only place online I have seen the "Brasil" "Cameroon" or "Fuerte" and they are only availabile in a five pack sampler. If anyone wants to try the Vintage Ill sell Churchill Fivers for $10 plus shipping (yes i am taking a loss I just not my cup a tea and would like room in my humi) and can do it a few times if anyone is interested. email me here todahosijetabawy@tempomail.fr (yes that is a mail forwarder as i dont want to post my addy publicly, this will expire so act quick if you want to)

i purchased the La Caya Introductory Taster Sampler from Cigarbid.com. I assume this means that they can be purchased through CI.
The La Caya Introductory Taster Sampler includes:
1 - La Caya Natural Robusto (5" x 50)
1 - La Caya Vintage Robusto (5" x 50)
1 - La Caya Brasil Robusto (5" x 50)
1 - La Caya Cameroon Robusto (5" x 50)
1 - La Caya Fuerte Robusto (5" x 50)

I noticed that the ring guage was listed here as a 54 but as you can see I copied this directly from Cigarbid.

First one I tried was the Brasil, WOOOO!! Spicy with Legs.
Second (on it right now) is the Natural. Mellow and delicious.
Can't wait for the others.

Pick up spme La Cayas, they're definitely worth it.

Hi guys! Glad to hear that your enjoying this terrific smoke. I am just the guy you are looking for. I just started working for La Caya Cigars. I will be one of their sales reps. We just held a tasting event in Miami Lakes, FL. Boy, was it a terrific event! We brought 3 models with us too, who cut the cigars for each smoker. Fine cigars, beautiful women, and a few stiff drinks. What more could you ask for? There are two premium cigars we have: The Cameroon that has 5 blends of long filler tobacco(which is the one you guys have been talking about), and a tasty Dominican long filler cigar with a Brazilian wrapper. The Brazilian wrapper is dark like a maduro wrapper, but not quite as dark. The Brazilian cigar has a bit more kick to it than the Cameroon, but not really strong. I'd say medium to full body. The flavor is fantastic! I have access to boxes of both of these cigars for anyone who wishes to purchase them. You can email me at flpokerdude77@gmail.com, and let me know which one you want. I don't know the prices off hand, but I'll find out tomorrow for you guys. Send me an email, and I will reply with the price. Then, I can have them shipped to you. We are just getting these cigars out into cigar shops around the country, so it might take some time before you can purchase it in your area. Also, let me know if some of your local cigar shops are interested so we can get them in there. I am really excited about getting you guys these magnificent cigars. Have a great day!

I got this cigar in a sampler from Thompson Cigars and absolutely love it. The above review is dead on. When you first take it from the wrapper and sniff the cut end, you get this wonderful spicy and a bit sweet aroma. I recommend this.

Patrick,
Man, what a bummer! Like you, I picked up this stick at the big smoke and really enjoyed it. Anyways, thanks for advising. I now know my quest to find these cigars will go on a "temporary" hold. If you hear anything appreciate you letting us in. Happy smokes.
