		<description>With all respect to Mr. McCalla (and I hope he&#039;s right), I live in Michigan. There is a good chance, according to other sources, that the 100% ban (including tobacco shops, cigar bars, Detroit&#039;s big casinos, hotel rooms, etc.) is still very much a possibility in &quot;lame duck,&quot; the session after the November elections.  
 
Whether it would fare any better is debatable, but the issue is stilll alive in 2008. </description>
