There is a good chance, according to other sources, that the 100% ban (including tobacco shops, cigar bars, Detroit's big casinos, hotel rooms, etc.) is still very much a possibility in "lame duck," the session after the November elections. Whether it would fare any better is debatable, but the issue is stilll alive in 2008. With all respect to Mr. McCalla (and I hope he's right), I live in Michigan.
