I have noted the pepper up front but it doesn't last long. Very smooth and balanced and yes, I drink it with coffee. 5 Vegas Gold also comes in a "nugget" size with a very low price. The nugget is great for cold winter days - 22 degrees this morning in Philly. The 5 Vegas Serie A is also a fantastic cigar worth looking into for taste, finish, balance, etc. - it's a little heavier but doesn't break the bank.
