So they won’t kill off the cigar bars for 10 years, instead of 5. Are we supposed to thank them for it?

That’s too bad about Boston, when I visited last summer we went to Stanza dei Sigari. It was a great place, very sad to see places like that disappearing.

I wonder if the day of stogie runners outrunning the local sheriffs to get cigars to the smoke easys isn’t that far away?
