Contest Rules

These rules are in effect for all contests or cigar giveaways hosted by StogieGuys.com, unless otherwise noted.

(1) To be eligible to win you must: (a) Be of legal age to purchase tobacco (and we may require proof of age); and (b) Reside in or have a shipping address within the United States of America.

(2) While we want to make sure every winner receives their prize, StogieGuys.com cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Winners also accept responsibility for any applicable taxes, fees, etc.

(3) By entering and accepting a prize, winners agree to grant StogieGuys.com the right to publish their name and hometown. Further, they agree to waive any damages that might arise from accepting their prize (including all damages against StogieGuys.com, its writers, publishers, editors, and owners, and also against any company that provides prizes).

(4) In the event of any dispute over rules, winnings, or any other matter related to StogieGuys.com contests, the decision of the site’s owners is final and cannot be challenged.

(5) These rules may be changed at any time without notice as circumstances warrant.
