Quick Smoke: Tatuaje Unicos
17 Oct 2010
Each Saturday and Sunday we’ll post a Quick Smoke: not quite a full review, just our brief verdict on a single cigar of “buy,†“hold,†or “sell.â€

Between Reservas, Conojus, black labels, and Verocus, it had been a few months since I smoked the original line that put Tatuaje on the map. This torpedo (6.1 x 52) features a tasty combination of woodsy spice, savory steak, and roasted coffee. With flawless construction, it’s every bit as good as I remembered and well worth its $9.50 price tag.

While I'm glad these are rolled in Miami, I'm never seeing the value in this line for him. That is mucho cashola, period.
I'd have to disagree. I think the brown line is as consistent of a great cigar that's out on the market. Granted, they are expensive. However, you can pay 9-10 for a great cigar by Tat or 6-7 for a mediocre cigar from Altadis…take your pick. My cigar time is worth the extra 2-3 bucks.
