Quick Smoke: Macanudo Natural Lords

I recently smoked a Macanudo Natural for the first time in awhile. The Robusto-shaped Lords featured the same mild flavors and solid construction you’d expect, but it wasn’t as balanced as other Macanudos I’ve enjoyed. While the Macanudo Lords certainly isn’t a bad smoke, I’d suggest you go with Hyde Park or Rothschild size instead.

Verdict = Hold.

    Out of curiosity, what makes you think the Rothschild or Hyde Park sizes would produce better flavor balance?

    Just my personal experience. I've had a number of each of the Rothschild and Hyde Park Macanudo naturals, and they've always been well balanced. My few experiences with the Lords have been a much more mixed.
